It is the hope to help individuals see themselves in a different light. Moving from where they are at to where they would like to be once a person has seen what it is they want, he helps them understand that it is their own inner voice that speaks to them to form their own belief systems that eventually they will follow. This transformation is a process that is well worth it.
For more than 25 years, Ron L. James was in and out of prison because of choices. While in prison, a man encouraged him to write his story. As he wrote, he realized he did not like the man he had become. It was then that he began intentionally making different choices. In May 2012, Ron was released from prison and has been a productive member of society ever since. He has been drug and alcohol-free since 2006. He is passionate about helping others understand that they can avoid the mistakes he has made and works with individuals to rebuild their lives and gain a footing back into understanding themselves and others while developing new strategies on how to make positive And effective choices in their lives for lasting change!

Ron takes a spiritual yet practical approach on rebuilding marriages/relationships. Forgiveness is the platform he uses to help understand Biblical principles.
For the last 3 years, Ron has made some positive life changes with his health. He has lost 60+ pounds and maintained that transformation into optimal living. It is his heart’s desire to help others live a healthy and heartfelt life with mind, body and finances. He uses a 4 prong approach of healthy proportional eating, education, community, and coaching. Ron also works with our youth, young adults and adults who are looking for mentorship, support, spiritually, emotionally, mentally, financially, and/or relationally with family or individual matters.
Depression Coaching/Counseling – Depression can negatively impact a person’s daily life. From feelings of sadness, to anger, lost, or without hope – it is the passion of Ron L James to provide an independent and unique approach to dealing with depression. He believes that everyone and every case are different. It is his sincere hope to help individuals find the root of their problems through self discovery. Although medications may be needed in some cases, he is certainly not a clinical physician and he would hope that you would seek medical advice if needed. His approach is to face realities instead of medications.
For youth, young adults and adults who are looking for mentorship, support, spiritually, emotionally, mentally, financially, and/or relationally with family or individual matters.
